Coming from a background in education, our mentorships are designed to actually teach you, not just motivate you. We don't give advice and then leave you to figure it out on your own. We'll support you with real examples, screen recordings, and any resources we have available to us. Each month we'll give out monthly tasks to collaboratively work on with the group to keep you engaged and motivated.

We're not going to give you general advice or ideas. It's not about us, this is about YOU. We're not scared of your success- on the contrary. We believe the more people who are working at their highest potential and charging premium rates will only further the wedding industry as a whole.
We know a true mentorship beats out a course or styled shoot any day. But sometimes 1-1 mentorships are too costly to invest in right away. With group coaching, it allows the cost to be significantly cheaper while also having access to us. A bonus? You'll be alongside like-minded peers to learn from, grow with, and find your support system.

Each month, the first call will be on a focused topic chosen by the group or by Mashaida.We'll go in- depth on the topic, send out direct resources if applicable and assign a task for the week + month

knowing what to show, and more importantly, what not to show is vital for your business. If you're constantly wondering what to post on instagram, what photos to choose for your website and highlight galleries, this service is for you.
Portfolio review
+ Mashaida will personally study your IG profile, website, and 2 recent galleries. You will receive a long-format video explaining in detail what is and what is not working for your brand, what images you should be archiving and what images you should be highlighting and WHY. When appropriate, advice will also be given how to edit your photos differently to feel more polished and luxurious.
